Go for the correct type of mid century  modern vanity lighting

In a bathroom design and style, one important thing is the vanity lighting. Many a times, only overhead lighting is not sufficient for the bathroom, vanity lighting is thus required at such times to properly light up the vanity. It is thus important that one chooses the correct type of such lighting for their bathrooms.

In fact, one should go for a design which appropriately blends with the theme. Along with this, another important thing is the position of lighting. For this, one needs to properly install the lighting so that there are not shadows created.

It is essential that the vanity lighting in a bathroom is balanced. If you have a large bathroom, its better you go for at least three to five of such lights. For the same purpose one can thus go for strip lights. In cases of a small bathroom, a single vanity light will prove to be sufficient. Also, one should not go for lights which are wider than the vanity table.

For the overhead lighting, it is better to go for larger lamps so that it matches the size of the bathroom. For a softer look for your bathroom, one can opt for halogen lamps. You can even choose fluorescent bulbs as they tend to create less heat.
